Sound Absorption-The aluminum ceiling acts as a rigid barrier to reflect high-frequency noise. The back is affixed with polymer damping glue or butyl rubber to convert sound wave vibration into heat energy. The polyester fiber cotton/rock wool filling absorbs medium and high frequency sound waves through the porous structure.
Moisture-Proof-The aluminum alloy substrate is naturally moisture-proof, and the surface is anodized or coated. It will not deform or rust in a humid environment, and is suitable for bathrooms.
Easy to Install-The standardized open/hidden frame keel system is adopted, and the aluminum square plate is precisely positioned through special buckles, and the installation of a single plate takes a short time. It is light in weight and can be carried and assembled manually, which improves the installation efficiency.
Fireproof-The base material of aluminum ceiling is aluminum alloy, with a melting point of 660℃. It will not cause open flames or release toxic gases when exposed to fire. The surface fireproof coating will expand at high temperature to form a dense carbonized layer, isolating oxygen and delaying the spread of fire.
